Scotty and Nash head out to Sudbury, a 10 hour drive away. The weather remains clear, and this time of year they're lucky to be travelling under such good conditions. When they arrive in Sudbury, they are shocked to find there is a junior hockey tournament in town and every hotel room is booked. Miraculously, there is a cancellation at The Ramada Inn and our tired travellers check in around 10:30 pm. After a late dinner, Nash and Scotty go out to see the club for tomorrow night's show. It's a very funky, old hotel in the wrong part of town but the crowd is young and eager to see the show. With the younger crowd at The TownHouse, they have no preconceived idea about the show or the music, and Nash soon makes friends with the regulars. This should be a fun time in Sudbury. Digger |
