A hearty hello to all those who have e-mailed me and wondered what the hell has been going on!

One letter asked "Where are you Digger? Been sent to the pound?!"

Nash has been busy preparing the release of Nosferatu on CD as well as co-ordinating the new Cut-Throat Studios and offices with UrbanCorpse Entertainment.

This re-organization of the Cut-Throat Operation will mean better service and information to die-hard fans as well as those just joining the flock.

All is going to plan and the new CD will be available for the Big Gig at the Bloor Cinema on Saturday April 21st.

Three months is a long time between gigs, and Nash was eager to do this club. We were supposed to play here back in January but Nash's bum knee gave out and he barely avoided more surgery.

The date was re-scheduled for Thursday March 8th and on Monday March 5th there was a monster blizzard that put the second attempt in jeopardy as well. Igor the clubowner convinced Nash that the gig was worth the effort regardless of the weather.

By Thursday, the weather had cleared and all was fine to head out to St. Catharines.

Nash informs me that the club has no convenient space for me to hang out in (restaurant hygiene be damned!) so I spend the evening with my canine pals Maggie and Marley.

Nash and Alex are joined on this road trip by Cathie, the promotion co-ordinator for Cut-Throat Productions.

Cathie will be working the merchandise as well as telling all the fans about new releases and up-coming gigs. An Information Booth for Nash fans.

Later that night, when Nash and I are back home, he tells me all the details.

The venue is an unassuming club in a plaza. Once inside, the energy changes and the seemingly small room takes on a larger more concert-like atmosphere.

The club has a very cool vibe. The walls are adorned with old horror movie posters while the staff and owner are all tattooed, quirky and charming. Professional too.

In the summertime the club erects a tent in the front parking lot and they have outdoor concerts into the night.

Last summer The Misfits played outdoors to 1000 rabid punk fans in downtown St. Catharines! Can you imagine? Only in Canada.

Nash has great expectations for tonight's gig.

There is a buzz amongst the older fans, but Nash hopes a younger crowd will come out to enjoy the show as well.

The show includes two sets of Nash Thrash. The younger crowd doesn't materialize, but a large gathering of the older diehards are not disappointed.

The audience is particularly alive and wanting more. The sets get a great response. Cathie has put up posters announcing the Nosferatu gig at the Bloor Cinema in Toronto and the interest is incredible.

The Mindbomb is going to become a regular on the Nash Gig Curcuit so hopefully some day Nash can bring all his film presentations to this great venue.

Maybe next time if Nash does an outdoor gig, I can come alomg and hang out in the parking lot. I've soiled better plazas than that!

Thanks to Igor, Johnnie and Chris for making the gig special for Nash and all his fans.
